Some Light Reading
Found me some real world treasure.
Picked up a little light reading. The publication date of the copy of Witch World I snagged is 1963 at a whopping cover price of .40 cents. I rescued these beauties from a strange dollar store that is closing down. I found them in the corner in a box. The weird part is the cheapest thing in the dollar store was $3.99 on sale.
Superb covers. Can’t stand all the generic AI shit now.
I just recently read The Broken Sword and thought it was amazing. Easy to see Anderson's influence on Gygax. Apparently Anderson revised the novel in the 70s and most fans think the revision was poorer than the original.
